Order Cancellation Policy

At Flamingo, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our Order Cancellation Policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent for all customers.


1. Cancellation Timeframe

Customers can request an order cancellation within 12–24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


2. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with:

  • Order number

  • Full name used in the order

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Our team will confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on order status.


3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Orders already shipped or in transit

  • Customized or special promotional items (if applicable)

  • Orders already processed for dispatch


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If payment was made online and cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

  • Cash on delivery (COD) orders are simply cancelled without refund processing


5. Company Rights

Flamingo reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Delivery restrictions in certain areas

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.


6. Important Notes

  • Early cancellation requests have a higher chance of approval

  • Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer guaranteed

  • Always contact support immediately for the fastest response
